Our Mission

Washington Home Offers was founded on a simple principle: homeowners deserve a fair, straightforward process when selling their property for cash.

We recognized that the real estate investment industry was full of opaque offers and high-pressure tactics. Homeowners facing difficult situations — foreclosure, divorce, inherited properties, code violations — were not getting the transparency they deserved.

We set out to change that. Our team combines deep real estate expertise with licensed general contracting experience, which means we know exactly what repairs cost and what homes sell for after renovation. We believe every seller should see those numbers before making a decision.

Our team includes licensed general contractors in Washington State. We handle renovations with our own crews, which keeps costs lower and quality higher. When we estimate repair costs for your property, those numbers are based on real construction experience, not guesswork.
